Dru Zimmerman

Chair

Dru is an educator with Salem Keizer Public Schools who joined the Oregon Chorale in the fall of 2014. They have sung in organized choirs since the age of 6, while also playing in band, and performing musical theatre. When not doing music things, Dru enjoys reading, games, Lego, and watching organized professional sports.


Craig Bader

Vice-Chair

Craig is a retired music educator who was on the founding faculty of the Delphian School for forty years, building the music department there. He joined the Chorale in the winter of 22.  He hopes to assist the chorale in its growth and carrying out its mission.  When not making music, Craig enjoys hiking, driving around the beautiful Oregon countryside, traveling and hanging out with his wife and dog.


Colleen Graves

Secretary

Colleen was raised in Southern Oregon where she graduated from Southern Oregon University with a degree in Music Performance. She currently works for the Organization of American Kodály Educators, a national non-profit leader in music education. Colleen has performed throughout the west coast, most notably for eight seasons with the Los Angeles Master Chorale. Her pastimes include listening to surf music, going to live shows with friends, enjoying cutting edge video games, and curating fine beverages.

Jenn Binkley-Sabino

Member

Jenn is a Northwest composer who studied Music Composition at Portland State University, where she was a founding member of their auditioned treble chorus. In addition to almost 20 years in the healthcare industry, Jenn has experience in graphic design, social media marketing and publicity, and employee management. She is the Administrative Assistant and Operations Manager for the Tigard, OR based Cánitco Singers and is a volunteer for Beaverton and Hillsboro School Districts. She has been singing in the Chorale since 2016 and enjoys cooking, trying new local restaurants, and taking fun adventures with her husband and daughter.


Colleen Heidebrecht

Member

A member of the Oregon Chorale since 2024, Colleen has been making music for decades. As a vocalist, she has performed with the Portland Opera, Oregon Repertory Singers Youth Choir, Pacific Youth Choir, and the Oregon Symphony. She also played violin with the Metropolitan Youth Symphony, Portland Youth Philharmonic, and Portland Youth Jazz Orchestra.

By day, Colleen is a barista at Lionheart Coffee Company, where she has the opportunity to work events throughout the season at the Reser Center for the Arts. She also sings with the First United Methodist Church Chancel Choir.

Outside of music and work, Colleen enjoys following Formula 1 racing, taking trips to the Oregon Coast, playing video games, and spending time with friends.


Bill Klatz

Member

Bill is a retired public school administrator who stays active in teaching as a substitute educator. He has participated in choirs and musical events his entire life and joined The Chorale in 2025. Outside of singing, Bill enjoys traveling with his wife and entertaining his grandchildren.


Eleanor Lange

Member

As a real estate agent in the Portland area, Eleanor is a member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, and also works part-time at Carlton Winemakers Studio. She spent ten years as a Music Librarian at both Indiana University and Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan, and has sung with various vocal groups her whole life. Eleanor loves good food and wine, live music, and her cats Gus and Rigby. 


Sean McLeod

Member

Sean is a Director of Manufacturing and Operations for Oracle in their cloud infrastructure business and has a 20+ year career in high-tech manufacturing. Having sung with his church his whole life, he joined the Chorale in early 2024 to bring more artistic expression into his life. Outside of work and singing, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, hosting and cooking, riding his motorcycle, hiking, and being in nature.


Cindy Uecker

Member

A former soprano in the Chorale for 24 years, Cindy is now active with current Chorale alumni.  She spent her life-long music career as both an elementary and high school music educator in Hillsboro, and was the founding artistic director of the Hillsboro Community Youth Choir for 10 years.  Now in retirement, in addition to making music, she is active in yoga, ethnic dance, travel, the outdoors, and in the winter, a good needlework project.
